Mrs. Stidham's 1st graders at Willowville Elementary created realistic trees with whimsical inspiration from artist Wassily Kandinsky. They painted their trees with tempra paint and tried out a new material-oil pastels to create their concentric circles (circles inside of circles). A great project to review line and shape.
